1/3 cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Egg Substitute
1 Egg White- slightly beaten
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Canola Oil
Sift together dry ingredients. Add milk, egg substitute and egg white. Stir gently until just moistened.
Heat 1 tsp Canola oil in 8 inch black iron skillet until very hot and bottom of skillet is coated.
Add batter and bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. (Batter should sizzle when poured into skillet).
THIS IS THE BEST IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD. I PREFER TO EAT IT WHEN CRUMBLED INTO COLD BUTTERMILK!
